Barkley was an all star ball player. Now he is being paid to make comments about basketball. He has a lot of knowledge about the game and it’s players. However, in regards to who will win the title it is an opinion. We all have an opinion. He on the other hand gets paid to give his opinion. It doesn’t matter if it is wrong or right when Charles is involved it just has to be controversial. It keeps the fans tuning in.

Barkley does know what hes talking about but its all a matter of opinion, he has been in the league a long time and is very experienced, and a lot of people dont have rings because of 2 players Jordan/ and Pippen so i dont think it makes him unknowlegable about the game of basketball because he doesnt have a ring.

So, by your logic, Greg Foster is a Star simply because he won a ring riding the pine with Shaq, Kobe and the Lakers?
Or that Nick Van Exel is better than John Stockton because he has a ring. That makes no sense. Charles Barkley was one of the greatest Power Forwards to play the game. Behind Duncan and Malone there isn’t a much better power forward to ever play.

He played the game his self so he’s very experience. He’s cracks me up when he’s on TNT with Erine and Kenny, Charlies has a funny personalty. Yesterday the 1 player from the Rockets and one from the Celtics were pushing each other, Charlies said there’s 2 people that can’t fight right there. I cracked up.
