I am 21 years old and will be attending college next fall. My question is if I would be able to make it on to the football team? I’m assuming that coaches want younger guys on their team straight out of high school, but do you think it would be near impossible for me to make the cut?

as long as you keep practicing, training, whatever needed to stay in shape then you should be fine. They want good players on their team, they look for skills more then where you have just come from. Good Luck
Like what DI II or III. If your good any college will take you. The Ol’Ball coach actually allowed for a 46 year old wide receiver play on his team 4 years ago i believe.
That’s Steve Spurrior if you didn’t know, he is the head coach at the University of South Carolina and is considered the best offensive mind in football.
if you are not listing stats I would assume you have no idea what you are doing, but if you are serious and you have some talent you could try walking on to your college’s football team. you are certainly not to old if you have the skills.
It depends if you have the talent and the will to spend hours of practicing to get better, if you have those and hustle I think you’ve got a shot.
If you keep training, at the sport you want to play, anything is possible.
anything is possible. if yiou have great speed it enhances your chances.
