You dont have a paved neighborhood and dont have a basketball hoop? My family has a summer home in Alaska and the place we live is a trailer by the river. Haha.
OMG dude I love Alaska. I went there last summer, RVed around it for like 20 days. Where do you live in it? Oh, right, the question lol. Find a tree, put a rim onto it.. if you don’t have a rim, make a makeshift one with wood or something. Then, take the dirt and just make it really compact. If you make it compact enough, it is like playing on a solid surface. Hope I helped

jog at least two miles a day, builds speed,endurance and calves play with a ball, basketball, tennis ball, anything, it makes your hands more comfortable with a ball and increases handles.
find a close by gym..the almost always have basketball courts. and its fun to practice and play there cuz everyone is ther for fun not really to be competitive. and if thats not an option, make a hoop out of something..lol

go to a YMCA like i do
look for a rex center im pretty sure they have one up there
see if you can get to a basketball camp
just forget about it
