My dad wears them just to mow the lawn! He says that when he sweats, the sweat gets into his eyes, and then he can’t see. He says the sweat bands do the trick

basically they absorb sweat and prevent it from running in your eyes. yes, they work!

My friend used to wear one full time because he sweats like a pig just playing ping pong! He wears one on each arm plus a headband all day all the time. He actually looks good in them too. It is the only thing he can do to keep from having salty sweat all over him.
So yes they work I like the Air Jordans the best but Adidas or Puma work too.
